How do I manually install a plugin?

I need to install a backup plugin which will allow me to upgrade to the PLI v2.1 firmware easily.

However, I don't know where to put the ipk file within the VU+ Duo's file system.

Help please....

I have VTI installed and under the VTI button (blue) there is a manual installer.

If you don't have VTI installed I think there is a plugin to install that you can install. Hopefully it's not a catch 22.

BTW just stick the file in

/tmp
