Sitting here hoping Atlas is not terrestrial only as stated on LJs. Although another member has said that the MU game was on sat last week. Cant find any other channels that are open on patched Tm6900super for footy. Correct me if I am wrong.

Nothing on atlas, shame. First time I have missed a football game since I got my first TM. Am I living in the past?

Are you rubbing it in Echelon??

Are you rubbing it in Echelon??

not really , the point is that those channels are opened by ucas and softcam , so I would think they should open on any box , even yours

and as amyben opened them on his tm5402 then I fail to see why the rest of you tm owners cannot open them , seeing as other boxes open them
its even open on my icecrypt , and probably on dreamboxes etc too

members like you have been around this forum long enough to know the score regarding patched boxes and k*ys ;)

very strange how you pulled me on my post and didnt pull amyben08 on his identical post !!

just turn both ucas on and add the latest HDsoftcam for your spiderbox , as it is open by patch + softcam k*ys, not internet

as for technomates , I fail to see why anyone would say it doesnt work on their patched boxes , when clearly it does for amyben on his patched 5402 HD box

I tend to rely on the softcams posted in by Feneki and Bob. And I have their latest. Never beens disappointed. Never occurred to me to look elsewhere as they have been so good. I did point out to amyben08 that I am in England and dont get the east beam of 42e. Echelon I honestly thought you were promoting the spiderbox!

amyben is in south yorkshire which is in england last time I checked , not far away from me I might add

and you havent pulled "we are borg" or "amyben08" for posting about their boxes , only me which does not seem right at all

the fact is a working key must be in the latest spiderbox softcam, so you could have found it there and tested it

looking at the tm softcam posts it seems they are posting giga updates , so take it up with giga why that file doesnt have valid 39e keys (if that is the case)

its open on enough boxes for me to suggest that either you are too lazy to find this key , or the softcam patchers are too lazy to put it into the files like they used to , it was never that way when kempa and compass did the tm updates ;)

either way it seems a few of you are at fault , and this softcam and ucas patch method has been around about 10 years now , I definitely remember patching my tm1500 and adding softcams long before the tm6000 box came out , and this tm5402 is only a modified version of your box isnt it ?

my suggestion ? - find the latest bulsat key , add it and test those channels again , or ask amyben which softcam file he used on his tm5402
he has probably used a tm5402 patch so I doubt that patch will work on your box , but the softcam will

why am I bothering to spoonfeed you on this I ask myself ? ;) you already know all this I take it ?

@Echelon,
Yes mate I have asked amyben08 what softcam he is using. As he is in South Yorkshire he must have the luxury of a huge dish to get 42e East beam. Clearly I will have to look around a bit to get my weekly dose of footy. Would be interesting to hear from Bob or Feneki. I have just connected my laptop by wire to see if the streaming is better than by wireless. (Seems to be judging by the Everton game). My comments to you are always made with the best intentions.

best bet is never single one person out in a thread with multiple respondents , especially when you are clearly in the wrong on your reply to me

I have uploaded the tmsoftcam dated 14 august 2011 which clearly states 39e k*ys are inside it

you also asked amyben which patch he used , but he has a different receiver than you , he has a 5402HD , not a 6000 series , so you cannot use his patch

I very much doubt he has the biggest dish in the barnsley area either , probably less than 1 metre ;)

I am told sopcast and myp2p is the best for streaming but I tend to use satellite boxes myself ;)

and that 16-08 softcam didnt have the 39e k*ys listed , whereas the one I found did , maybe assumption and complacency has taken over in the technomate world ? or are you all living in the past ? LOL

took me just a few minutes to locate an august softcam with 39e keys in it

seems to me you have all forgotten the basics and the roots of this hobby are withering away in your charge

new 39e key has been posted by me here

https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?151003-39e-new-key-21-aug-2011-(-old-2010-key-)

lets see if anybody living in the past can actually input this into their boxes by following the basics , one tm5402 owner has already failed the test ;)

The trouble is we've all been spoon fed for the last year or more, some peeps that are new to the sat scene have probably never updated or loaded keys.

When was the last time any of us programmed a card or updated the keys on a file ? not for a good while I suspect.

We have all got used to loading multiple preloaded keys on softcams posted by others, I kind of miss the key chasing days, they were a bit of fun in there own right.
