Hi hope someone can help

I recently purchased the DM800HD SE (clone) and have installed nemesis 2.3, I'm getting a limited number of addons when i go into the addon section. So i downloaded the Ferrari addons manager and have tried to install on the box, both manually by telnet and the box itself, however i can't get it to install. when i do it by telnet it comes back with the following reply,

"Could not lock /usr/lib/opkg/lock: No space left on device"

the instructions say to send command : ipkg install /tmp/FERRARI-addons-manager_5.0_mipsel.ipk but the folder is opkg so tried that in place of ipkg but still get same reply.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problrm could be and if this plugin can be installed with this image.

Thanks.

Remove picons, they take up a massive amount of space.
Have you not got a USB to give you some extra space ?

Hi,

Yes i have a USB 8GB pen in as well which the EPG uses, the only addon that i can remove is the CCcam.
if the image was someway corrupt could it cause this problem?

Not normally, have you set CCcam to log maybe ?

Have deleted all the logs, can't find any mention of CCcam log anywhere. Tried a software update and got message

"not enough free space on flash to perform upgrade! Upgrade require at least 4500kb free on flash. Please remove some addons or skins before upgrade"

The only addon I can remove is the CCcam, and no option of deleting skins, have 2 skins added army gradient and hd glass.

Checked active process information and it saying there is 15 CCcam commands ( /var/bin/CCcam_2.2.1 ) would this be normal.

Thanks.

Hi passete,

Was just getting things ready to do that, there's a software update as well so going to load that version instead.

Thanks for the replies.
