I imagine someone knows this straight off, so I ask what size dish is needed to get the UK transmissions in the South of France?

60cm covers france for astra 2D

I'd go for an 80cm if you are near the Mediterranean coast and want a picture in all weathers..

yes 80cm would also do the job but it's allways a good idea to ask locally and see what others are using so a good quality 60 to 80cm dish properly alligned with a meter with a .1db lnbf should do the job even in the uk with the recommended sky dishes signal can be lost in heavy rain

IF it,s just 28E you want 80CM is ok,but if you want say 28/19/13EAST off the one dish you will need 90CM. Yes i live in the south of france.
