S$y Italia sports HD channels

I cannot pick up a lot of the S$y Italia sports HD channels on 13 degE. There have been a lot of changes in the transponders over recent weeks/months and this seems to be the source of the problem. i cannot pick them up on both my premiuum and elite using two different feeds. So maybe the signal is too weak on these transponders? I'm on the edge of western europe.

For example, this transponder is OK,

11996.00 V 64 HB8 Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 29900 2/3 Sky, 57.9 Mbps

these ones are no good, no signal detected

11843.00 V 56 HB8 Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 29900 2/3 Sky, 57.9 Mbps
12360.00 H 83 HB8 Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 29900 2/3 Sky, 57.9 Mbps
12418.00 V 86 HB8 Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 29900 2/3 Sky, 57.9 Mbps

are you motorised ? usals or diseqc ? if diseqc you can nudge it east/west while on that transponder to see if you can get an improoved signal ..

not motorised, use 4-way diseq. most dont get any signal, one transponder gets a signal but no picture

Just tried 11843.00 V 56 HB8 Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 29900 2/3 Sky, 57.9 Mbps. This transponder is OK for me.

Thx zeini. Maybe its a multicas thing. I don't have local cards.

It is not a signal problem or a Mulitcas problem.

Can you get the non-sport channels on the transponders you have mentioned. If yes, then try a rescan when you know a lot of sports broadcasting is happening - that might pick up the new sports channels on those frequencies.

If you can't get the non-sport channels - eg primafila - you need to try some different options in advanced scan like pilot on/off.

Also, go in the advanced tuning and make sure all the pararmeters are correct - check you have changed the symbol rate to 29900 from 27500.

No. I cannot pick up primafilla either. Already checked 29900 and pilot on/ off.
Also wiped box and reloaded channel list.
Next step is to wipe again and just scan transponder, then try other emu, then older firmware and finally try E2.
