6900HD - Trouble clearing HD Channels

My 6900HD only decripts the HD channels on my official SCT/HustlerHD card when it feels like it and then I might get an hour or so at best before it freezes the picture and gives the "Scrambled Channel" message.

It works fine with the SD channels but plays up with the HD ones.

I've downloaded the latest firmware etc and turned on/off, factory reset etc etc etc but still the same.
The local dealer (MRM) had a go as well and contacted TM but no help from them

Any suggestions or advice welcome

Can you reveal 'which' firmware you are using as its not too clear please mate?

Sorry to be dumb but - Not sure how to to answer that as this was done by the dealer.

Yes mate, that sounds like the latest patch by Phantom, so with an up to date Channel List you really ought to be able find the correct frequencies/channels (including HD ones) alongside the patch - plus read most cards without need for a cam!
