WebZeal, deleting and Loading difficulties with stc 6000

After loading the latest Fw for my stc 6000 I find 2 problems with the WebZeal plugin.
1) cannot delete version 1.6, no yellow button but if I press the yellow button I am asked "do you want delete WebZeal", I select yes but nothing happens. its still there and runs.
2) I cannot load the new version of WebZeal, the file is not recognised from the usb stick.
I have done a factory reset but no success.
Any ideas?
Also recently lost all my recordings from the internal hard drive prior to a factory reset for no apparent reason

You need to check the presentation of the Webzeal file on your USB for the receiver to recognise it.
It has to be in WebZeal-20110708.tar.bz format on the root directory of your USB. The problem is that Winrar will try to decompress this for you. Don't allow it to simple copy it to the USB as it is.
Your STC6000 should then see it and allow you to install it over the previous version.
