S4000PVR nasscam won't start

after updating nasscam I can't start nasscam ,I have tried deleting it and reinstalling after a factory reset also my mcas auto update has stopped working it won't connect to the internet although the box is connected and logged in ,I am using the latest released firmware ,any advice appreciated

does it actually work well for you (when it does start>?)

what about if you put the old version back on does that work!?

Tried the previous version supplied by yourself and the one that came as a package with other plugins from Coldasice ,all with the same result ,to start with it worked quite well on astra 19.2 and some stuff on eutelsat 13 degrees east .

Try reflashing the firmware abd do a factory reset..

what version of Nascam are you using?delete the plugins then BACK up your channel and setting data 1st! then do a reset of configuration and service data. Reinstall plugin and hopefully that should work

Thanks for the input got it all back working ,deleted all plugins and reflashed then overall reset then reinstalled plugins and service backup
