In my DM500 HD I still have Nemesis 090 in flash which offers me the update to 092 online.
It is strongly recommended to install the second stage 84-r0 first (which Nemesis offers in .nfi format), and then the image.
Installing SS84 .nfi via web would delete the previous image, so the new one would have to be installed from the start. Wouldn´t it be more simple (and have the same effect) to first manually install SS84 in .ipk format and then update the image to 092 online?
Second stages 84-r0 in .ipk from a few days ago are now available for all Dreamboxes.
PS: Have been thinking - perhaps installing SS in .nfi format via web browser doesn´t work the same way as installing an image. It may not delete the current image after all. Is that so???
