need help with maz

have downloaded maz 3.2,i havent got a clue how tou use it,i want to update my programme listings on my azbox,but as a newbie to this i havent got a clue what to do.could somebody please give me a step by step guide please.

Use your common sense, man, it's not very difficult.

Start. Create profile. Check you're connected (guess what to press in the main menu :D ).

On the left side, at the bottom, press the list button, whatever its name.

Then explore. You can't mess anything up. If you do - close it without saving and start again.
