Just installed this image, just wanted to know how do I uninstall the plugin's that I don’t need.

Have you tried the uninstall panel ?
Crossepg is embedded in the image.
Other than that go to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions and remove what you don't want.

I have tried the uninstall panel can't find them must be looking in the wrong place.

That's correct but you may not have an uninstall script for every plugin.
