Depends where you are! If you're in the UK, south will need around 1.8m, north will need 2.4m+

i get 53% qual on the north yorks coast with a 1 meter dish when im watching the racing.

Think that's BADR 4 you're picking up, no way you're getting BADR 6 with a 1m dish anywhere in the UK!
