Is this image faulty? Yesterday, I updated the software and all was ok. Switched it off and an hour later tried to switch it on and could not boot. On the dispaly if I remember well I could see DHCP and Ip and stop.

Maybe I did the update and my previous version was not 092...Not sure

Else which version is the most stable?

same happened to my m8, he reflashed his dreambox , and its been fine since.

Anyone know if the rumor of nemeses image no longer being supported, it that confirmed.

This is because, you didn't updated the SS84 before !
You need to reflash it.

thats all i done was reflashed been fine but can i delete the skin thats in there was told it would give more space less skins only need the 1 thanks

So in order to flash box with svn 097, first you have to install SS84? What is SS84?

SS84 is the newest second stage loader you have to flash the box with in order to update to the newest SVN 093. If itīs in .nfi format, you can install it via web browser like installing an image. It itīs in .ipk format, ftp it first in /tmp/ folder, then install it manually from blue panel.

Re update directly from box, it would be useful to show a notice stating which software one should have installed before updating.

svn 94r3 is new update i done over net that seems ok but what is r3 mean thanks

dunno kennyboy but i have done update ok aswell successfully but yes Second stage bootloader is required no problems with my Dm800 SE but i forgot to load Second stage bootloader and done update on my dm500HD via online update but it failed to boot up ...so then i had to use mini usb cable and DreamUP to flash 2nd stage bootloader then .img file now all ok again running Edg Nemisis Svn0 94 r3 on both boxes fine .
