TM5402HD disconnecting from CCCAM

Hi all,
i have a friend with this box and after a few days is disconnecting from CCCAM server and only comes back online if server reboots which affects everybody else.
Please could someone give me issues to check on box he has not rebooted so could someone tell me the Menu for this and also what is latest firmware that should be loaded into box as this could be firmware related.

patch 112p is in the firmware section at the top of the forum here

he should probably be rebooting the box daily for a clean start, maybe turn off every night when not in use

neither do I , but I would think its the same as a 6900

a simple reboot is simple , just turn it off at the mains , count to 10 and turn it back on again
he should be doing this overnight when its not in use , as I said earlier , same as you should do with a laptop or pc
