Diseqc setup 4 way switch and 2 way switch problem any ideas

Hi, just recieved 4 way switch and already have a 2 way switch . My question is how do i set this up when my dreambox 800HD has only got a setup for 4 satellites which im gonna have at the back of the house and a cable from the front sky dish which is 5.
The problem i can forsee is the four way switch will be setup on my dreambox as 1deg, 4.8deg, 13deg and 19deg i was then hoping too get 28deg from the front with a 2 way diseqc switch.
I've seen people using 8 way switches how do they tell the dreambox ?

you need an 8 way switch m8

then you use diseqc where you choose the first 4 as diseqc port 1 to 4 with uncommitted as 1 , and the second 4 as uncommitted 2

so

that way you can use between 5 and 8 ports , which is how I have my spider 7k setup , 5 ports and a feed from my motorised twin lnb , making 6 from the 8
