I Know I'm thick But how do I get terrestrial channels.

I have the 9000Hd combo which has the terrestrial channel tuner but I cant seem to find how to access them to view.

I have tuned them giving me 47 channels and radio channels and despite reading the manual I cant see how to access them.

I know I am the thickest man living in the thickest street in thickland but its annoying the hell out of me,

if you press the sat button and scroll to the end of the list you will sea terrestrial press ok on terrestrial that should take you into the chn list
