My Az box is dead

my wife took the cable from azbox and when she put it back it came lot of sparks between the cable and the box it came also sparks from the cat5 cable.So now is my box completely dead ! anyone have an idea what could have cracked'?

It is the power line. With luck only a fuse -worst case a new power unit !
