Started update with latest patch stopped at 64% now box stuck ?

Got a spider 9000hd and tried to load mandatory patch yesterday but it stopped at 64% and now box stuck with green light on front? tried powering off at back etc.

do i need to use recovery tool but only got windows vista and laptop with no com port?

any other trick to wake up box??

I would say you need an xp pc with standard com port , a null modem cable , and use the recovery tool

then patch it up to date

your pc woes ( not having the correct tools ) is nothing to do with spiderbox , or any other box
