EPG problem

Can someone explain to me why on all providers receive EPG information for several days at Sky Italia only the following two events I have tried several versions of EPG downloader and always the same thing This was happening to me and the other E2
What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried putting your channels in a favourites list and then checking the EPG for that favourite list.

I am very new to E2 on the AZBox, so learning about what works, and what doesn't, myself.

Can someone verify this is that when it is installed Cros EPG dovnloader have problems with the Media Centar unable to start movie info bar appears and then return to the list of movies please can you look at this little
