missing channels

hi all,had a plug that i put onto the S4000 that had current channels in list ie,sports,movie,music etc,over the last year some chans no longer work and today lost all sly sports,movies as well as some others, can i delete the channels in these sections and is there another updated list available.can still find the missing chans in the all services ,not sure why they went.not hot on these boxs so if there is update could you also provide info on how to remove old ones and load new,thanks

Might be able to help, just set my S4000 up for the first time, so still fresh.

In Menu, Data Transfer, save service data to usb stick.
Install DrEditHD and use the program to sort / delete / amend service list and favourites folders, from stick.
When finished put stick back in stb and back to the same menu, restore service data from usb.
Fingers crossed, all done.

Can also be done with remote, in service list manager.

If it helps anyone I know this version of Dr Edit works with Windows 7.
