I am having the same issue here, some french channels in 19*E cleared with Ethernet are scrambled now. Some others are ok (Sport+, Infosport).
It will come back later probably, let's wait.

ok .. here we go !!!!! the channels not open are on frq 12.012v s2 8qpsk 27500 2/3
decale ,, cinema.... family etc,,,,as mentioned by skomedal....
and not part of ethernet. also via a server similar ..
close the post if you want.. as its getting no ware
