Icecrypt S3500 Newbie question - re nascam

Hi guys,
Just bought my first STB. Installed nascam latest plugin and even for newbie very simple. I have lots of channels on the nascam months trial but I am also missing a lot of channels from (sly sports Hd etc) which are listed in plugin info as available.

Seeing lots of services listed as "SVC_#### service" etc.. with nothing on them. No sly box office either.

Am I doing something silly or could anyone give troubleshoot tips?

Maybe the channels are no longer available. If not I wont proceed with nascam subscription.

any help would be appreciated.
