spiderbox 9000hd scrambled channels help!!!

hi all this is my first post. all my sport channels amongst other channels have stopped working :( i had it installed about a year ago and the engineer had already prepared the box for me with channels and installed a motorised dish. i know nothing about these boxes and need my sports channels back urgently!

any helps is much appreciated and if there is a solution i will literally need a step by step guide!

Good advice above but another thought...
Were you using a Cline which has now expired? (".. all my sport channels amongst other channels have stopped working...")

im not sure what Cline is? iv tried using xanadus link. and after i turn ucas back on i cant see "client"? also iv put the .con file attachments onto my usb but theres no url to select? just a list of .con files?

well if you have had spider 12months and you have never updated it,then you really need to read all the posts on how to do this,especially about how to load patches,save channel lists and such
there is a wealth of information on here on how to do it,it really is very simple

thanks. iv got some working now but i cant seem to download net s/w download in netowrk? download keeps failing?

if its up to date in system info as 15 nov 2011 you dont need net s/w download

ok thanks. so i think iv done everything i needed to do to update now but theres still some sports channels missing like supersport and novasport? do i need to download all epg? or just the english ones? thanks again

apart from the odd nova channel they dont generally work anymore on 13e on the spiderbox due to nova changing things around
its been that way for about 3 months or so , so you might find just 1 or 2 open for now

16e satellite has just been replaced and a lot of transponders have changed , hence changes to supersport

so you either need to delete the 16e transponders you have and rescan , or manually scan the new 16e transponders , or load a new channel list in that is up to date

epg has nothing to do with channel reception

on the spiderbox you can only load in one epg at a time , not all of them
