hi there me again got my telle back from knowhow for the second time pluged in and not working no picture or sound just making electronic noises as per last time supposed to have been fixed and tested.what a load of crap dont by a set from currys i did not pay for exstended warranty so glad lots of people do and what a crap they are .still no telle they have to pick it up yet again, so bouncing back up north again with very little protection im so peed off with them.DONT BUY A SET FROM THEM. JOHN LEWIS for me next time.

Bought a pc for my lad back in 2006 & opted for what ever happens Guarantee

to cut a long story short been in for repair.

They had it 20 days & it was returned with the same fault so i quoted the 21 day write-off policy
they said we will collect it and verify the fault & confirm it as a write-off.

They repaired it, is said you must be joking!!!
I explained i would refuse delivery was told to accept it then return it NO WAY MAN.

It was like getting blood out of a stone i rang them every day until i got a voucher code for a replacement product for my lad oh

Went to Curry's Gave them the Voucher number & there recommendation was a acer laptop we agreed on a Compaq presario PQ57.

Give them hell m8 like i did

cheers for that all i will they quoted 28 day rule may be its changed .cant get my head round the fact i sent telle back because all working but no sound then when i get it back theres no picture or sound just nioses from it .going to phone them again and rant.

2. John lewis 5 year Warranty will try and fix your TV if not fixable will offer a partial refund due to wear and tear and years ownership, Costco again will try and fix if not then full what ever you paid at the time refund no questions asked.

as i posted last week i had plasma 50" brought back to me for the second time and turned it on bingo it did`nt work again so aranged pick up again for sunday i was looking at it wedensday evening with the light on and noticed a crack in top of screen did not notice it be fore because day light coming in from window behind it ive been going on about the way they transport set in van so just proves my point they they came and picked it up with out notice thursday left the stand .theres no way im having it back iv`e put in for a refund and waiting to here from them this start of repair has been going on since 27 october what do you think my chances are for refund wood be glad of any info cheers.
