System info:

Vu+Duo
Blackhole version: Jul 24 201-vuplus_experimental Image Blackhole 1.6.4
CrossEPG 0.6.2 (svn 300)

3 items are ticked - Enable OpenTV EPG Loader, Enable EPG Pop-up Notifications & Enable EPG buttons in Channel list

Path to save EPG file /media/hdd/epg.dat

Configuration:
Storage device - Harddisk
Preferred lambdb - main lambdb
Enable csv Import - no
Force epg download on boot - no
Download on tune - yes
Scheduled download - disabled
Show as plugin - yes
Show as extension - yes
Show 'Force reload' as plugin - no

It was working then all of a sudden, it stopped working. I tend to download when I fancy rather than at a set time. It goes through all the motions going through all the providers as if its downloaded (including Saving Data, Starting Converter & Converting Data,) but nothing appears on the EPG.

*The saviing data part didn't seem to come on properly, with progress bar, just flashed on screen for a second

Spent hours on this and tearing what hair I have left out - any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS I am not extremely technically minded, so if you could explain step-by-step anything a bit complicated to me, would be great

Steve

Cheers

I've disabled Black Hole epg back up.
How do I delete the epg database? Is it FTP then delete everything in the crossepg folder?

SUCCESS -
1. Created a new media/hdd/epg.dat (deleting the file didn't work as it wouldn't create a new one)
1. Disabled Black Hole epg back up.
2. Deleted everything in the crossepg folder

Thatnk for all your help in this - really, really appreciate it.

Time to bookmark this :-)
