Eutelsat 16 East Problem

Can some one please give me some advice

I can;t get any channel on 16 east to work

I have the latest patch and soft key loaded

Ethernet is on

I have signal strinth of 83% and quality of 98%

Yet I can't get sound or a picture

All I get is Scrambled Channel

Is this all channels or just the sport channels? 3PM kick offs haven't been opening for some time.

make sure the sat says 016.0E and nothing else

those levels seem high , are you sure its pointed at 16e ?

try an fta channel like vizion plus on 11273V 27500 or al jazeera balkans on 12676H 02800 to be sure its pointed correctly

supersport seems fine here

Maybe the OP could state what channels he is clearing on that position, then maybe members will be able to tell him if he is on Astra or Hotbird, as the signal strength he indicated does seem rather high for Eutelsat W3C @ 16 east
