Arte (French), both Hotbird and Astra transmissions, on Wednesday the French broadcaster encrypted the channels and now you need either a Fransat, AbSat or BIS card to clear the channels and for French public channels an address in France.

Or a TNT sat Card - which requires no french address. Or have a missed something and the law has changed?
