i have gone into menu shutdown there is something about inactive use i have disabled that but still happening

What image are you using? Did it happen after you installed something? Or after you changed some settings? Or was it there when you bought it?

Hi there yes i just bought it last week the image is black hole .iam not sure if it is a clone

So you bought it this way? You could ask your dealer why he sold you something that is constantly rebooting, or you can try reinstalling a new image. There are plenty of posts which will guide you how to do this.
