While scanning some new transponders on my 9000 the whole channel list has deleted itself two days in a row, I never had that happen once before in two years.
My channel list is only just over 6000 so I didn't overload it, luckily I copied my list two weeks ago so it was easy to reload it.
Anyone else had this sort of prob ?

tony is it deleting itself across all transponders or just a few. can you pinpoint which transponder the problem occurs? i havent come across this problem myself.

Had this problem a few times with both my 7000 & 9000 in the past. First time "echelon" told me to install my channel list again and that solved the problem every time, just make sure you keep/make a recent copy of your list.

For me just last weekend :). I was switching my 9000 in the button and when I switch on...no channels :(.
Thank God I had my backup channel list.

The whole list went, not one channel remained.

Had this a couple of times in the past, but not recently.
Did mention it in the other forum but seems that reloading the list brings it back.....Doesn't get to the root cause though.I always have a backup of my lists.

assume
Maybe try changing your favorite phrase from assume ( " ass of u and me " ) to presume, which has the same meaning I think.
Sorry this is off topic!!

While I was watching the footy tonight (thursday) it did an uncommanded reboot, when it came back on I expected the list to be gone but it was still there.
I shall reload everything from square one on friday.
