My spiderbox 9000 suddenly blacks out for a few milliseconds. This is happening every few minutes on all channels including free channels.

Is it something to do with the latest patch.

not normal on fta channels could try reloading channel list but i personally never experienced this with any receiver this does not sound like a bad signal either

Check your connections

Check HDMI Lead is properly connected at both ends.

Check your F-Connector is screwed to the LNB input properly.

Also try removing the F-Connector from the coax and check that the outer copper shield isn't shorting against the inner copper core.

my spiderbox also does this but only when i run it through the hdmi cable ive replaced the cable but its still the same, try running it just through a scart m8 and see if it stops. Mine worked perfect.

is this a known fault with the spider boxes i personally have no issues with the hdmi connection or any other scart ect on the 7000 version

theres only been a few people that i know of so i would not say its a known problem may be 1 or 2 bad apples in a batch.

Fault was with loose f connector and braid touching inner cable as hda5 suggested..I have purchased a new hdmi cable as well as the quality does vary.
