my spiderbox hd9000 channels keep freezing then sstarting again then might go off for a bit then comeback on again i watched a match lastnight and must have done it about 20 times been like this a few weeks now

Any particular channels or just all in general?

Have you rebooted your router and box?

Also - I'm assuming you mean "gift" channels? It's worth bearing in mind that some of these can become more overloaded at "peak times" whilst every man and his dog is tuned in.

Probably an just overloaded server but there's a couple of things to check if you already haven't:

Signal level/quality - check it's not too low or not dipping too low intermittently which would suggest an issue with dish alignment.

Quality of internet connection - TBH it doesn't need much speedwise for your gift but it does need one consistently - no connection = no gift!

I know these are pretty basic, obvious things but I have to mention them! Other than that and it is more than likely as mentioned above - a server issue.

I do not have the Gift any more so cannont comment on that. I do have all 0.8w Channels via a freind and have no issues at all including PL2 last night for the Norwich game, as i was flick between ) 0.8w PL2 on my Spider Box, and 28e Sport HD1 on my DM800HDse to see both games, unfortunately my tv will allow me to watch split screen but not if both via HDMI.
