if it says CONNECTED its fine , on the net

no signal refers to the sat signal from your dish , so check your dish or motor settings as the bad weather could have knocked it out

Do a system reboot first, sometimes the spider gets it knickers in a twist but works ok after a fresh start up.

Can you pick up any free to air channels, it has been a bit on the windy side the last few days and your dish may have moved.

My new installation has possibly a similar problem. May I ask if you sucessfully resolved your problem. And how of course.

My spiderbox which i was using to stream from another box has lost the signal this past week
but when i connect a cable from the LNB direct to it it works 100% Any ideas anyone?.
