Help please Spiderbox HD9900 problem

Hi Guys,
I have a hd9900 with an annoying problem, especially when cold the box reboots itself 2 or 3 times in about 10 minutes it may then do it a couple more times during the evening! The only way that I can seem to stop it is by turning the network off or pulling the ethernet cable out. I have only had the box for a few weeks. I also have a private share set up!
Any idea's anyone?

Does the box reboot on one certain channel, this used to happen sometimes in the past on 9000 HD had it happen to me but as i said on a certain channel which i deleted to overcome my problem.

Replace the ethernet cable.

Tried that no difference.

I can now confirm that my spiderbox reboots even with ethernet cable removed!

Send it back for repair or replacement.
