Hi i downloaded tomtom home and my map stopped working navcore version 8204 9718 the map was 830.2305 western europe .When i try to patch the map and tomtom home it says no me ta file found.How do i recover my me ta file thanks.

Hi, more than one thing needs patching, the pc for tomtom home, the tomtom tt file and the map needs paring with you tomtom the instructions are all in the posts how to do

Re restoring it, if you backed it up it should all be there in your tomtom directory on your PC, but if you didn't it may be lost,

Thanks guys for your help.Russ sorry to sound thick but how do i get this on to the map i tryed copy and paste with no luck .So i made a word doc .But not sure what to do thanks.Dee

make a new txt file - name it me ta (without the space) & copy, paste & save the text from my previous post. Then when you use the activation tool - when it asks for me ta file - point it to the one you just made.
