SlY Premium Channels

Guys, anyone perhaps know why now I am not able to clear these channels. Boxkey has been entered and clears sly1 sports news etc but no sports.
Any guidance much appreciated.

Guys, thanks for looking but have now resolved the problem.
Had originally been using the onscreen 10 digit serial number of the box to generate the boxkey it seems however you need to use the 17 digit serial on the underside of the box.
Hope the helps someone somewhere.
