cant record and watch another channel simultaneously on azbox premium

Hi all, (first of all I am new to the azbox) I have just got an Azbox Premium HD.
Now I have flashed with Rti's Core Enigma 1.6 and got it all up and running.
My problems are as follows:

I cant seem to record and watch another channel simultaneously
some of my HD channels are not coming on, whilst a few of them are?


could anybody give me any pointers to what I could try please?

Only with Premium+ you can use Twintuner. With Elite and normal Premium, you can only record a channel and see another channel, which is situated at the same transponer.

im sure ive been recorded at the same time as watching...!

you can also record one service (channel) and watch another on the same transponder.
