@izzy.
Well, picking them up good here in middle of Norway, but if you live in England you could get problems with 12.525 V as its using the Central Europe beam _http://www.flysat.com/astra23-beam.php
11.836 H is using the Europe Wide beam so that one should be ok though..

@ izzy cant pick up 12525 but 11836 is blowing the doors off with 90% Signal and 98% quality in the northeast of britain with an 88cm triax, you dont say your location ?

Looking at the lyngsat maps, on the outer most fringe it looks like a minimum of 85cm and thats coastal kent. I assume the further away from that a bigger dish is needed. As wolves has said probably not going to be able to get the 12525 one.

12525V is one of the weaker ones on 23.5e, i can get it on my 1.2m channel master, but any rain knocks it out straight away!

would help if you say where you are trying to get it.
Have them here on suffolk coast, with both 1.2m and 1.8m channelmasters, 12 525v is not the stongest of signal showing 61% on my VU+ with blackhole on 1.2m.
I am usually safe down to just below 40% to keep lock.

You could add DVB-S2 8PSK in ( Modulation ) to 12110 H, and see if you get the signal.

izzy your modulation is wrong
for 11836 H 27500 it should be
DVBS QPSK
98 per cent Sheffield area 1m dish.
pilots should be greyed out on above setting.
Nothing at all on the 12525 transponder.

i take it OP is asking about CS LINK or Sky LINK channels on 23.5e ??

12525 v 27500sr fec 3/4 Dvb S = 84% Signal
12525 H 27500sr fec 5/6 - Showing No Signal as i type [ 34% too weak to lock on it ] ??
11836 H 27500sr fec 5/6 - 94%

Above freq's Tested on my 2 Meter Fortec prime Focus Dish and Dm800 SE HD box in a typical wet nite in Eire :20:

The footprints given out by the Sat owners are for adequate signal reception 95+% of the time. On a clear day you should get a signal with a well aligned dish about 3/4 of the quoted size.
