Dm800 is stopping my internet from working

Hi All,

I have been using my DM800 now for a couple of years with no problems,
over the last week I have been having problems with my internet as I can only access the google homepage but no websites will load up,

I have noticed if I unplug my dreambox from the ethernet I can access the internet fine but once I plug in the dreambox the internet stops working again.


My dreambox is still working ok when connected to the ethernet and I cant understand why its causing a problem.

Check the ip on Dreambox and check the ip of the Pc !
Maybe a conflit

Yes, it looks like an IP conflict. Have You upgraded lately ? or just been playing around ?

Hi All,

Its a strange problem but I think it must be my internet that is at fault,
I can use one thing at a time.

If I use my pc that is connected with a cable to the router on its own its ok but if I turn on the wireless part of the router the internet stops.

Then if I turn off the wireless the pc is fine but if I connect another computer using an ethernet cable the internet stops again.

It seems like it can only handle one process at a time.

Everything has been fine and nothing has been changed this problem has just started, I have upgraded my router firmware but still problems.

Anyway it looks like the DM800 is not at fault .

If you plug the dm800 in and access the router wirelessly does it all work?

Have you tried a reset of your router (pin at the back) or even another router.

try changing your micro filter... it solved the problem :respect-069:
