Ipad2 running fast and stable.Much better than 1,but if you are only interested for surfing and reading ebook - listening music,then 1 is ok too.

No probs with Ipad1. I'm posting with it now via the tapatalk app. It's pretty quick over my 30meg broadband. Occasionally cant watch some videos because it doesn't have Flash but many are now using HTML5 so thats ok. The Ipad2 has cameras back and front but the Ipad1 doesn't have any. You can pick up Ipad1s quite cheap now but I wouldn't pay for the Ipad2 with version 3 out soon. Of course the main downside with apple is that you have to load stuff on via Itunes which can be annoying.

Having said all that the Asus Prime due out about now will stuff the Ipad no question.

It is for the online games, a lot of my m8s are into Modern War ? I know that I am old to be playing games but ? LOL

the ipad 2 is better for gaming with it's faster A5 processer and graphics.
there are lot's of comparisons on youtube between the two for gaming which could help you make your mind up.

Mine is, 4.3.3.I havent updated it to 5.0.1 yet,thinking about the backups i have to make now for the ipas (cydia and installous).
Also i dont see a real reason to update it as it doesnt give me any problems nor thinking i will gain something when gets updated.

I got an Ipad 2 today for my daughter I have to say im very impressed aswell.

iPad one got no camera...other than that...v2 lighter fast and more expensive...jailbreaking is easy and worth the bother if yer going to go mad loading apps...but beware of apple updates...most cases you will need to await the jailbreak version...but never bothered anyone here!...enjoy
