sly box office - cannot fast forward or rewind

got a sealion that gets me b0x 0ff1ce, and ive just noticed, that altho its recorded it wont rewind or play.

i guess im lucky its recorded...but what is it, macrovision stopping it?

I don't think fast forward works on avi's or mkv's on any E2 box mate. I've never seen it working anyway.

You have to use the numbers on the remote to skip forward and backwards.

Like

key 1 skips back - key 3 skips forward
key 4 skips back more - key 6 skips forward more
key 7 skips back even more - key 9 skips forward even more.

no mate, ff and rw works brilliantly on normal recordings....
just cannot ff or rw "hangover2" which i recorded from box office. i get the no entry sign thing.

Not sure why the box office wont fast forward, but have to say the FF on the Vix image is amazing.
