icecrypt s1000c ,, front display says letter E need help

hi guys0

the letter E shows on my front display i need to put the icecrypt on factory setting but i can"t do it on my tel because can"t connect to tele.(black screen)
So need some softvare to do factory settings via PC any idea? please help

Your firmware has crashed.
You will need to restore it using a serial Null modem lead.
The loader and instructions are in the tools section.
I have attached the last version of firmware as it seems to have disappeared in the firmware section(it is over 2 years ago)

hi thanks very nice for quick replay,but what should i do with the bin file,everytime i want to use the loader with RS 232 cable it freezes ,do you know why?

I got it i just need USB switching from COM 1 to COM 4 and the magic begin thank you very much you the Man.
