No Output on HDMI or any other

Have installed latest image on new Duo and when it says reboot box it starts and no picture comes from any output from the box have tried all images including original all seem the same is it faulty

You say the latest image so I assume you have the latest bootloader for the latest images ?

Installed from new used the dummies guide to setup from here have done an Uno and it worked fine

How do you have your Duo connected to TV, do you have HDMI & scart or just HDMI.

Did you have HDMI output prior to installing the new image?

Have you removed / reinserted the HDMI cable prior to the problem starting?

Warning - and i hope this isnt going to apply to you BUT

I FRIED two of my HDMI ports on two pieces of equipment (XBOX360, and a WDTV Live media player) caused by pulling out HDMI leads from the TV (panasonic 42") whilst still switched on.

Luckily both were still in warranty and i got them both replaced.
Hope you get it working.

There has never been a CFE update for the Uno only the Duo and Solo so are you sure you have done it correctly ?

Thanks for all your help someone should do a guide that says you have to do the cfe update first before installing the software

At the time of the update all images had the info, what is not considered is those that don't update for months or years at a time.

It's always worth keeping on top of the updates as they happen.
