Icecrypt s3500hd Factory Reset - Keeps locking up

Hi guys

I purchased two of these receivers today to have a go with, I have updated them to the latest firmware and also installed the latest plugin fiel to allow me to run cccam on these, how ever all i get is the boxes r frozen even when i turn them off at wall, wont let me change channel or even access the menu. Any suggestions would be appreciated

No brand new bateries and brand new boxes only got them yesterday lol, it boots up some times it allows me to get into the menu but then it just freezes and wont don anything, turn it off at the wall and then boots up again but cant access the memory, may be i have corrupted something not sure though??

im still stuck on this problem, I have purchased a null modem cable and tried running porter express and all i get in porter express is status "waiting for request request reset setop box " i have tried this several times to no avail, any further suggestions please would be appreciated

Make sure that your box is powered off before running Porter Express. When the `waiting for request reset setop box`message appears
then switch on the power to your box. Should then run
