View Full Version : losing signal when i go into motor set up

when i go into the motor menu on my 9000hd spider box i lose the signal bars this is happening on 16e although all other sats are ok also when i change channels on 16e signal bars show up ok about 74% on both

I think you need to check which transponder the motor setup to looking at. Suggest you change it to one that you know is active.

all my channels are viewable its when i go into motor set up menu the signal bar goes to zero

Go to motor setup. Move to third line down and try different transponders by pressing left and right keys.

as pimpernel stated , the first transponder listed may be inactive or dead , so may need deleting

im already watching channel on transponder its when i go menu motor set up drive step to fine tune the signal that the signal bar goes to zero exit menu and signal comes back

Could this be because you have the wrong name for the Sat @ 16 East, as of yesterday all of the Eutelsat Satellites were renamed, the New name for the Sat @ 16 east is Eutelsat 16A, please check here:

done what you said all ok know i thought when you went into motor set up it stayed on the same transponder i was previously viewing
