streaming from box to pc

is it possible with this box to stream to laptop while i am work to watch what is on vu box ie football .

Right not sure if it will work from your work but dont know why not as long as you have access to the internet, but i stream to my VU+ when I am in another room using the VU+ webcontrol centre. Open the internet browser and enter your IP address of your VU+ and press enter and you will open up the web control centre where you can control your VU+ and stream to your laptop from there. Have a play about with it and then try from work.

I use Dreamstream E2 which works very well for streaming from my VU+ Duo to my PC via lan but I have not tried it via WAN
