Many thanks to superstarmac for making the program, which i have personally used for some time.
This is superstarmacs info from November 2011:
"It gathers data from kingsofsat and automatically creates a channel database that can be installed on the Spiderbox.
Its very basic at the moment and depending on the interest i will develop more.
The main features:
**The ability to dowload up-to-date frequency and TV channel information from kingsofsat.
**Range of sats is 57E to 58W
**Create Sly UK favourites according to Sly's own TV Guide website.(edited channel provider)
**Create Favourites to Known Ethernet channels according to
**Edit Frequency and Channel Information
**Re-Arrange Channels in Favourites
As i said, this is a very early release and will have alot of bugs.
PLEASE DONT DELETE ALL CHANNELS FROM A SATELLITE OR FREQUENCY, this screws up your favourite lists
Ive been using this for a month now, Opening the program, downloading my selected satellites and creating seprerate Sky UK and Ethernet channel favourites.
Ive been saving these to a USB stick and switching between them(it only takes 1min to install channel lists and reboot box).
I have'nt destroyed my Spiderbox yet
THERE IS NO GUARENTEE IT WILL WORK ON YOUR SETUP!!!!!!!!!
DOWNLOAD AT YOU OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!"
The latest release is totally rewritten and works very well in my opinion.
