wonder if it is only to export all channels to a usb before making a facotry reset and then after the factory reset bring them back again? Will it be exactly as before the factory reset, all channel lists with favorites and so will be intact?
Have heard that it will be good to make a factory reset sometimes for more stability box? thought of ex cccam stability and so.. dont think I have the stability right now in the cccam

backing up and restoring the channel list is fine , as long as its not corrupt
you still have to sort out your settings like usals location afterwards

what do you mean with like usals location afterwards?
But you gets your favoritlists intact with channels?
And its correct that cccam will be more stabile after factory reset?

Before doing a factory reset take a note of your longtitude and latitude settings (assuming you're using USALS) as these will need to re-entered after a factory reset
Look in the menu
Motorised Settings > choose between DiSEqC and USALS and if using USALS press the green button to see your position details e.g. Long 001.55W Lat 51N
The channel list backed up on a USB drive will appear exactly the same
AFAIK it makes no difference to CCCAM (at least it never has for me)
There are plenty of guides on here on updating a Spiderbox - where factory reset is required- have a look in this section

in that case your diseqc settings should be stored on the motor , but IF they were lost you would just have to find and store them again

Do you mean Diseqc for a fixed dish system, using 2, or more, LNB's, or dishes, or do you mean Diseqc 1.2 for a motorized system?
It is always best if you include some details, when asking questions, regarding your set up, including receiver, dish, or dishes, size, fixed, or motorized, general location, etc.., depending on the question asked. These can be added to your profile, to make it easier.

when a box is bought the default pin is 0000
if you have changed this or its unknown then you will have to flash the box using the repair file and a null modem cable from a pc
then patch with the latest patch and add your channel list and c lines etc afterwards
the default pin will then be 0000 as soon as the repair file is flashed into it and so will remain as 0000 unless you change it
