no signal

have tune into thor and watched ( fixed dish 1) switch back to sky ( fixed dish 2) and watched both perfect and strong signals. moved back to thor and cannot get a signal as done this before and signal as returned
any ideas to solve problem

Are you using a Diseqc switch? Have you tried connecting the dish directly to the receiver?
I suspect it's an intermittent problem with the Disqc switch and as these are very cheap it might be worth replacing it.
First check all your connections, at both the Diseqc switch and the LNB, it could be a loose connection, damaged cable, usually water ingress, or even a failing LNB. You can rule most of these out by connecting directly to the receiver then check if you ever lose signal.
