duo or ultimo?

So those that have a ultimo and had a duo, do you think its worth the extra £200 for the ultimo??

am thinking of a new box and cant make my mind up :)

I have both box's and although the nice display on Ulitmo looks great and the box performs very well it probably is not worth all the extra money.

The Duo is a fantastic box, can not fault it.

The Ultimo is the same again, but with faster processor, more memory, extra internal tuner capacity and the nice big vfd display.

To answer your question, if you need an extra tuner or want a nice big vfd display, then yes it's worth the extra.

If you only need 2 tuners, and are not really fussed about the front panel display then you might not see the Ultimo as being worth the extra cash at the moment.

But in the future the extra nand flash space and more memory might well come in handy, as can the swappable tuners.

Same here as Sonic1 and Cokeaddict i have both and my duo is a clone but for everyday use and i mean watching and recording TV then there is no difference and its not worth the outlay.
