@ compass
I have loaded this new patch and have noticed two important things which are a nono for me, being:
1) motor single pulse is now about 3-4 pulses, meaning that it is now very hard to move dish just that little notch
especcially for those sats that are not so easy to tune in our area
2) signal quality and strenght now show 25% as start and noticed that many channels are not tuning in as used to
with previous pastches and they keep breaking up.
I also have another box but 9000HD. If I notice same points when I load this patch on it, I will remark again.
I appreciate any comments/suggestions others may have - thanks in advance

@vamas

I have checked on the other forum, and as of yet there have been no other reports ref the problems that you are having with your receiver/motor. however there is the following statement on the latest Boxer26 patch, by william-1:

After March 30th Software upgrade I have promoted the Spiderbox 9900HD as the Best Blind Scan Receiver

The Spiderbox 9900HD uses a faster STi7111 processor (the Spiderbox 9000HD uses the STi7101 processor) enabling hardware features to run faster on the Spiderbox 9900HD,

The STi7111 is an HD set-top box / full back-end processor for satellite set-top boxes, compliant with ATSC, SMPTE VC-1, DVB-S2, DIRECTV, DCII and ARIB BS4 specifications.

It provides very high performance for low-cost HD systems. With enhanced performance compared to the Processor STi7101, it includes both VC-1 and H.264 video decoders for new, low bitrate applications,

All the receiver features now work much faster with Boxer 26 upgrade.

A Big Thank You to Boxer 26 for his tireless work to improve the Spiderbox HD receivers

Other issues must have come into play.
There were no changes in any of the patches that could cause the problems alleged by vamas and barrysat.
I suggest you guys try again.
